Provide installation guidance and coordinate with the technical team when required
Offer basic technical support and resolve customer queries
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
